Rachel Jones

Rachel is the Law Clerk for Eagle & Fein, P.C. Rachel supports all aspects of the estate planning process including, but not limited to, preparing living trusts and wills, and additional estate planning documentation, conducting legal research, supervising the proper funding of client assets into their preferred estate plan, and ensuring successful communication and liaison with financial third parties to help clients reach their desired goals.

Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree followed by her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Toledo. Years later, Rachel continued her education at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During her time in law school, Rachel was part of the legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. Rachel also tutored first year law students in legal writing as part of the Dean’s Tutorial Society. Additionally, Rachel became part of the Indiana Health Law Review and served on the board as Notes Editor. Rachel graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in December of 2025. Beyond Rachel’s passion in helping clients reach their estate planning goals, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, singing, and working out.
