The Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation works to accelerate the search for a cure for cancer and offer support to children and families fighting this disease.
Alexandra “Alex” Scott (1996-2004) announced in 2000 that she wanted to hold a lemonade stand to raise money to find a cure for childhood cancer. The Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation emerged from this front yard lemonade stand and continues to raise money to help find a cure for childhood cancers.
