INDIANAPOLIS – Friday, March 12, 2021, Brian A. Eagle, Managing Attorney, will be presenting at the virtual quarterly meeting of the Financial Planning Association (“FPA”) of Greater Indiana. Brian’s presentation will take place from 9:55 to 11:35 a.m. and is titled “The Top 5 Hot Topics in Estate Planning for 2021. “

Brian’s presentation will focus on the proposed legislation of the Biden Administration. The new legislation has the potential to produce enhanced tax consequences on both a client’s estate and financial legacy. The presentation will introduce strategies to members of the FPA that will address a client’s desire to provide for their surviving spouse, heirs, and legacy. The focus is to equip advisors with tools to implement plans that address the client’s estate planning goals while balancing the tax consequences caused by the plan implementation.
