We are proud to announce that attorney Evan Golightly, has been named a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2026. This achievement reflects Evan’s devotion to helping clients achieve their business goals and establish plans for growth and success while protecting their legacies and planning for the future.
Since joining Eagle & Fein in 2023, Evan has provided comprehensive counsel in areas such as business succession planning, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and ESOPs. He has guided clients through complex legal strategies to ensure their personal and business interests are preserved for generations.

Evan earned a Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and English Rhetoric and Writing from Ball State University. He is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
