We are excited to announce the formation of the 80/20, Inc.’s ESOP plan. Attorney Brian A. Eagle played a crucial role in the implementation of this ESOP by serving as trustee.
An ESOP is an employee benefit plan that provides a solution to owners to transfer their businesses and further provides an enhanced, qualified retirement benefit to the company’s employees.
