Amy Justus as an Associate Attorney

Amy is an Associate Attorney for Eagle & Fein, P.C. Amy’s practice focuses on Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation, where she advises clients regarding estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, charitable planning and fiduciary matters. She works with clients to design, prepare and administer comprehensive estate plans to address tax, business succession, long-term care and wealth preservation goals.

Amy obtained a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2016 and J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2019. Beyond Amy’s passion for helping clients reach their estate planning and administration goals, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling and swimming.
